I like to think of these 2 ingredient fruit slushies as "mocktails".

Why not serve these slushies at parties, for a holiday dinner, for the kids, for designated drivers and even for your own satisfaction after a hectic day.

Healthy and energizing after a power workout!

As for parties, why not have a "slushie bar"?

Buy your fruit in the frozen section of your local dollar store, if fresh is too expensive at the local grocery store.

My favorites are the pineapple with coconut milk and the watermelon with mint. How about you?
