Out of all of the diets featured, I feel the best and most satisfying would be the Mediterranean and the Flexitarian.
Why you ask? I may or may not have diabetes, but I know what is good!
I am a carb lover! The Mediterranean diet allows carbs, instead of preaching against them! Go away Atkins and South Beach!
I only allow myself a little meat. I feel so sad when driving past fields and seeing the peaceful cows grazing. Yes, I have done the vegetarian but only for a short period as I got very weak without any meat.
