In this brief review of The Stash Plan, learn How Laura Prepon Lost Weight Naturally Without Going Hungry!

She simply does food prep 2 to 3 times each week.

Her plan is so easy. Gather 6 glass storage containers. Prepare:

2 proteins
2 carbs
2 vegetables

For breakfast, lunch and dinner each, have 1 protein, 1 carb and 1 vegetable.

This takes out all of the guess work. You have your food all ready. Simply heat the food up in the microwave. She stresses microwaving in glass containers.

Then, in closing, she suggests doing simple stretches. Ms. Prepon states that simply stretches are better than going to the gym.

So, if you want the book, search on-line! I think her plan is doable.
