People say that coconut oil is good for you. For example, to lose weight by making "bullet coffee" using coffee mixed with coconut oil. However, I read in "Eat To Trim" by Joyce Vedral, to NOT consume coconut oil. Have you seen this woman? Believe me, she knows what she is talking about.

I know some of you swear by the low-carb diets out there. However, do you realize where you get your energy from? Carbs!
