For all three snacks, you are going to need jars. The rest is up to YOU!
I am going to discuss with you my personal preferences...
First, I like the peanut butter on the bottom of the jar filled with celery sticks. I would probably use a bit more peanut butter, as I do not find celery to be very filling. However, as she mentioned carrots, I do not think the peanut butter and carrots would agree with one another.
Second, I do not find nuts, seeds or popcorn to be very tasty or filling, for a trail mix. I would use dry cereal (such as Chex cereal), chocolate chips, pretzels, dried fruit, Cheez-Its (any small cracker) or whatever healthy snacks you would like.
Third, I really like the fruit, yogurt and granola! However, I would assemble the whole snack into one jar instead of the granola being in a separate small jar. All of the ingredients compliment one another, right? Make a week's worth then grab and go!
