In this book, by Mirsad Hasic, I highlighted the hidden gems I thought were most important, inspiring and motivating.

The older you get the more weight you will put on.

What we should be mindful of is that age is only a number and does not mean we should just sit back and watch ourselves wither away. Do physical exercise.

If you follow a crash diet, you will lose several pounds rapidly.

A crash diet can cause harm to the body and affect your mood.

You should exercise in the morning.

The best time to exercise is actually when you feel like it and are most motivated.

Do not eat after 8pm.

It does not matter WHEN you eat but WHAT you eat.

Doing sit ups and other ab workouts will reduce your belly fat.

You need to focus on regular training combined with a healthy diet.

Genes determine your weight loss.

25% of your weight problem can be genes. 75% determined by your nutrition and lifestyle.

Skip a meal or 2 to lose weight.

Those who skip breakfast and eat less than 3 times a day run the risk of being heavier than those 5 to 6 times a day.

This book did not have a major conclusion. So, I am giving it a thumbs up for the tips about myths, but a thumbs down for structure.

The author does at the end of the book have a huge selection of his other books which might be helpful to you, such as a book about Atkins, walking, etc.
