Why Should You Eat Berries Every Day?


Berries are low in calories first of all. If you eat them every day, you can expect to lose a pound a week!

They are loaded with vitamins and nutrients to help you get through a day, especially vitamin C, manganese and vitamin K.

There are plenty of anti-oxidants, such as resveratrol, preventing inflammation.

Next, they are high in fiber, making one feel fuller and satisfied.

Also, very good for blood sugar levels.

Then, berries are a very good snack. So, put down those chips and cookies!

Cost-wise, depending upon where you look, you just might find berries to be affordable... fresh from roadside farmers' markets or frozen at the dollar store. Berries may be a little more expensive at the upscale grocery stores.

So, I hope you have decided to maybe give berries a chance, if you have not already.
