Next, sports bras are a much-needed item. Who wants to see a woman's boobs bouncing? Remember, you are a lady.
Following, gadgets are optional, but very helpful. If you have the money, go for a Fitbit. If not, you can grab a pedometer for about $5.00 on-line, such as eBay or Amazon.
Moreover, you need good music! Whichever way you listen to music, do it! Jam the weight away!
Also, you could start a collection of books, everything from cookbooks, fitness, nutrition, etc. Even magazines are super!
Finally, in the kitchen, a crockpot and a microwave are good stress-breakers. Think of how you have more moments available to get in that activity. Think of the healthy meals you can make at home and not eat unhealthy meals at fast food restaurants.
