I found this article by Sharecare.com in my e-mail inbox and thought I would share with all of you who suffer from Exercise-Induced Asthma.

Exercise can cause asthma symptoms. One just needs to find the right exercise to perform so as not to cause an attack, such as cycling, walking and strength training.

You also lower your chances of having an asthma attack by doing warm-ups and cool-downs.

It is best to talk to your family physician first. You may need an action plan.
