Do you have a big stomach? If so, I have found an exercise, one exercise, if done consistently, is going to do the trick!

In this YouTube video, learn how one plank does the job of eliminating belly fat!

Like mentioned, the plank has to be done consistently. Atleast do 5 minutes.

Eating healthy and drinking healthy should be taken into consideration.

Belly fat is the most dangerous fat, often caused by over-production of cortisol, a stress hormone caused by stress, fear and anxiety, that goes straight to the stomach.

Each time you do a plank, be proud of yourself!
