Shopping for healthy cereal can be confusing because of the many different options available. A healthy cereal should provide you with a bowl full of good nutrition: low calories, high fiber, high protein, and packed with vitamins and minerals to give your body a healthy start to the day.

Here are some healthy cereal options for you to consider:

• Kellogg’s All Bran – All Bran cereal is low in calories, has a substantial 10g of fiber in each serving, 4g of protein and only 80mg of sodium.
