Here is a list of skin-friendly foods:

Carrots, apricots, and other yellow and orange fruits and vegetables
Spinach and other green leafy vegetables
Tomatoes
Berries
Beans, peas, and lentils
Salmon, mackerel, and other fatty fish
Nuts

On the other hand, here is a list of foods that will damage your skin:

Processed sugars
Refined sugars
Other carbohydrates
Unhealthy fats

Everything you eat becomes a part of not only your inner being, but also your skin. The healthier the foods are that you consume, the better your skin will look. So, drink plenty of water and eat a variety of healthy foods.
