Do you ever wish you had the body of a celebrity? As you may see from the following examples, the celebrities did not wish their way there. They took the time to do something healthy to get their bodies in tip top shape.

JanetJackson lost 60 pounds by doing interval training with a daily diet plan of 1200 to 1600 calories, consisting of 3 meals and 2 snacks, containing protein.
JenniferHudson lost 60 pounds by eliminating fried food and consuming palm-size protein such as grilled chicken then fiber such as veggies/fruit. She runs and workouts at the gym.
ChristinaAquilera follows the "color diet", which only allows her to eat foods of one specific color each day. For example, cauliflower and white beans.
CherylBurke lost 15 pounds by limiting dairy then drinking 96 calorie tequila and sodas instead of sugary red wine. Staples of her's are Greek yogurt to rev metabolism and berries as a snack to stop cravings. Burke tones her body with 90 minute circuit training sessions.
PaulaDeen lost 40 pounds by filling up with more greens and less starches. Also, she gave up drinking sweet tea. Ms. Deen works out on a treadmill or takes a 30 minute walk each day.
