You do not have to torture yourself!


For review

Have a high protein breakfast! For example, have oats and eggs. Doing so reduces the appetite, is low in calories and makes you feel fuller.

Choose whole grains, such as brown rice. This one I disagree with. If they serve white rice at Chinese restaurants, then I am sure white rice is fine. The Chinese are not stupid.

Eat slowly and drink lots of water.

Again, drink healthier drinks.

Get enough sleep. Those who are deprived of sleep have shown increase in hunger.
