Banana and oatmeal smoothies.

Out of all options, banana and oatmeal smoothies seem so delicious.

They are filling without empty calories.

Potassium.

Make before hand for a good grab and go so as not to miss a meal, especially breakfast or make a few in jars to have a stash in the fridge.

You know where I am coming from, right? All out healthy!
