First of all, this is not the only oatmeal for weight loss on YouTube, but I have found it to be my personal favorite. Who does not like coffee?


Sure, plain oats are healthy, but can get a little boring plain. Thus, the coffee!

Coffee gives it that extra boost. All you have to do is go to your local dollar store and buy a jar of instant coffee, lasting you about over a week. Grab some oats and the rest is probably already in your pantry!

The only ingredient I disagree with are the chia seeds.

Grab those jars taking space up in your kitchen, make that coffee oatmeal, and line up that fridge with a little army of healthy food for any time of day when you need something now!

We all know that oatmeal is healthy. Studies show just how much coffee is healthy. You cannot go wrong. The stats are in the video, such as carbs, etc.
