not the only oatmeal for weight loss on YouTube, but I have found it to be my personal favorite.

Sure,
plain oats are healthy, but can get a little
boring plain. Thus, the
coffee!
Coffee gives it that extra boost. All you have to do is go to your local dollar store and
buy a jar of instant coffee, lasting you about
over a week. Grab
some oats and
the rest is probably already in your pantry!
The only ingredient I disagree with are the
chia seeds.
Grab those jars taking space up in your kitchen, make that coffee oatmeal, and line up that fridge with a little army of healthy food for any time of day when you need something now!
