Some tips for The Whole Food Diet
For the first week
, eliminate all of the junk food in your house, such as soda, chips and canned juices. Do some dancing, running, biking or brisk walking. Follow recipes included for the first week.
For the second week
, do aerobics adn follow the included recipes.
For the third
week, do 20 minutes of cardio and another 20 minutes of toning exercises such as yoga. Follow included recipes.
For the fourth
week, continue daily exercise. If you are not comfortable with the included recipes, prepare recipes from the previous chapters.
