My favorite is Rule #7. You read it all the time, go running in the morning before it is even light outside. Go walking before people are even up out of bed. So, I am the only one that likes to exercise late at night? I have felt this way for years. But, after reading the above article, I realized I may not an exercise at night loner anymore.
They say, exercise at night makes it harder to fall asleep? How do I feel? You are getting out all that tension and stress from the day. So, when you do go to bed, you are calm.
What else do I think is good? You might disagree on this one, but I feel like I am not going to bed with a ton of food on the stomach. What do you think? Did you over-indulge at dinner or did you have a huge snack? I guess I can just look at it as more incentive to work out!
