Personally, I think there are more standouts instead of the whole list. Including:
They say to have a salad each day.
These are inexpensive and can be prepared for any meal!
Bags of these are cheaper than a container of almonds.
May be included in tons of recipes.
Hot or iced is good and tea bags are cheap. Personally, I think black tea is just as good.
Inexpensive and good for vegetable platters and vegetable pizza.
Whether fresh or frozen, a nice snack or topped on oatmeal or yogurt.
So, these are my favorites. I think you get more for your money on top of all of the health benefits and ease of preparing.
