So many women tell me that pasta is bad. I beg to differ. Our bodies need pasta for energy. They claim we need protein. I am not saying protein is bad, but c'mon you low carbers, you want to sink your teeth into some pasta and you know it. Are you going to wait until nobody is watching and then binge?
I like the typical white flour, as opposed to the article. Whole wheat? Yuck. Veggie? Yuck. I want it to taste real. Why would you eat something tasting like cardboard?
Also, I might watch portions, but I do have a decent amount at one sitting. Again, I would rather eat and not binge later.
If I lived alone, I would have mushrooms and a large salad with pasta. However, my roommates do not like.
A good loaf of Italian bread is always called for, but then again, my roommates are not of the same heritage as I am. While I was growing up, Sunday dinner consisted of these dishes.
