Drink lots of water or green tea. Personally, I like unsweetened iced black tea with orange pekoe and lemon slices.

Chew sugar-free gum.

Eat lots of protein.

Distract yourself.

Don't say diet, but say lifestyle. Yes, this hub is called Dieting Decisions, but lifestyles are also permitted.
