First of all, prepping your smoothies ahead is good to do. Place the ingredients for each smoothie recipe into a plastic bag then place in the fridge, up to a week or more in advance, which helps with grocery shopping. You will know ahead when you are running out of ingredients.

As a bonus, if you like really thick smoothies, pour into a bowl and use a spoon! For example, if you use granola, nuts or other toppings.

When making your own recipe, stick to 1 cup of green vegetable, 1 1/2 cup fruit and 1 cup base liquid (water, milk, green tea, etc.).

Out of all the Superstar Greens, I have chosen Spinach to be the best. It has 20 vitamins and nutrients and is the most economical. If you are going to be drinking smoothies every day, you have to be economical.

As for Fruits, my 2 cents worth are Pineapple, Lemon and Peaches. You can buy pineapple and peaches by the can at the dollar store and lemon juice in a bottle at the dollar store.

Cayenne pepper, Cinnamon and Green Tea are little Superstars. The first an appetite suppressant. The second regulates sugar. The third a weight loss compound.

The only recipe in the book that I like would be Cucumber Green Tea:

1 cup Green Tea
1/2 Cucumber
1 squeezed lime

Wash, Blend and Serve!

Atleast after reading this Kindle book, you will know how to make a smoothie using your own choices. However, you just might like the recipes provided.

A good read and really worth doing!
