The following are the worst common tips in dieting. Common sense is all it takes to figure these out. No rocket scientist needed.

Do Not Eat After 8pm

Personally, I like to exercise at night. You are telling me I cannot eat? Just make sure it is nutritious.

Chew Gum

It may distract you, but not a solution. You are simply filling yourself up with air. Do not ignore your hunger then end up eating more later!

Drink Diet Instead Of Regular

Diet sodas have artificial sweeteners linked to Type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Drink water, coffee and tea.

Cut Out Carbs

We get our energy from carbs! For example, healthy pasta, bread and potatoes. As-long-as in a healthy manner, we can have the food we love.

Do A Cleanse

Once you return to eating normally, the weight will obviously return.

Skip The Sugar

Not all sugars are bad, such as natural sources. For example, fresh fruit.

Hopefully, you will see the common sense and not fall for the diets which preach the above tips. Believe me, I have done every diet imaginable.
