When dehydrated cells are depleted of energy, as a result, people tend to eat more when really the body is thirsty. Furthermore, drinking water fills the belly making you far less likely to overeat!

With a dehydrated body, the accumulation of toxins and acid waste creates an environment where bacteria thrive resulting in the bladder and kidney to be more prone to infection, inflammation and pain. Furthermore, your body needs to eliminate these toxins to burn calories and eliminate fat!

When there is a shortage of water and alkaline minerals such as calcium and magnesium, the shortage can lead to a number of digestive disorders, including ulcers, gastritis and acid reflux.

Water is calorie-free! According to experts, one pound of fat is 3500 calories. By substituting one glass of juice and one 12 ounce soda with water, you will eliminate 500 calories a day!
