Consume celery before bed.
This revs up metabolism, especially if your weight is at a plateau.

Smaller table settings.
Ms. Paul's sister used baby spoons and forks. Instead of devouring or shoveling it all in, obviously portions are going to be smaller.

The 8 x 8 rule.
This one is not so weird. 8 glasses a day. Jess Paul demonstrates a Dasani water bottle and states that one such bottle is equal to 2 glasses.
