We all want gorgeous bodies. Some are born with them. Some have to work for them. Are you one of the struggling ones? We often need a "why" to get ourselves out of that funk and into the mood that "I can do it".
As an good example, I am going to share my own "whys"... I have more than one.
I do not want to be a burden to loved ones.
I would rather spend time and money on it now, than to have to pay for expensive doctor bills and medicine in the future.
I want to look sexy again!
The third reason may seem like vanity, but I cannot remember the last time a man looked at me twice. I feel ugly. Low self-esteem is very noticeable. Who is kidding who? Men notice the outside first. So, we often need some self-care... of which would be exercise.
If you are already gorgeous, good for you! If not, print off a list of those reasons and place where you can see all through-out the day. Say, "I am beautiful" and "I am worth it".
